Everyday, a user logs in and gets a set of three to five tasks to complete, distributed among nutrition, exercise and workouts. You also receive constant information on nutrition and healthy eating. I love the workout choices and making my own exercise plan for what I need. My coach is great help here too. There is definitely something for everyone. The progression is great! I deal with knee problems that have restricted my ability for aerobic exercise.

Get fit with support Jan 26, I went in search of an app that could help me get focused on exercise that I could learn to do safely, enjoy and make progress. Although I know the basics of eating healthy, the brief but informative nutritional info that is provided daily has helped me to refocus on healthy choices. The guideline is not complicated making food choices easy! And I love that I am able to do this all at home, which has made it so much easier to meet my goals.
One recommendation would be to make available the cost of the app easier to know. But they do offer a feee trial period. I feel as though it is cost effective for the services provided.

My coach, Margo, always responds when I have a question and when I expressed concern about a food choice I made she came up with alternatives and even directed me to a site that had recipesp.

Because of cancer, chronic Lyme and dish syndrome, I have to do mostly seated exercise, and they are there for you. My coach Lindsay is positive, helpful and upbeat. The nutrition advice is simple but sound. Definitely worth it for 50 and up. I also like the mighty day concept as I do well with streaks.
I do wish you could customize exercise a bit I use my cubii elliptical daily , but other than that I enjoy the app, the groups and the target audience. Personally, I think all the coaches should be 50 or older. I decided to stay with DB, and deleted this app.

Had gotten pretty weak after a long illness , this is definitely helping, plan to continue. First week absolutely did not feel like doing any of the workouts but forced myself beginner ones are not hard I'm just lazy.
